Our Chef’s Fiesta Menu is a curated 3-course dining experience inspired by bold Mexican flavors, fresh ingredients and dishes made to be talked about. This is comfort food with attitude — vibrant, rich, fresh and full of contrast.
Choose between Meat, Seafood or Veggie, all of them finishes with our signature Mexican dessert, Jericalla — a silky, lightly spiced crème brûlée straight from Mexico.

Chef’s Fiesta
Norway’s biggest day deserves an even bigger celebration — and there’s no hotter spot than Héctor.
If you’re going all out - we’re the space for you! We offer different venues and price levels so you can celebrate your way, but be aware, Héctor brings the fiesta and will therefore not be recommending us for a quiet dining on this day
Pre-order your first round of drinks and get ready for a full day of DJs, dancing, and fiesta vibes.
On The Street is drop-in only — with its own bar, its own bathrooms, and its own party. No reservations, just vibes.
Bookings for 17th of May 2026 is NOW OPEN. All reservations go through email — so send your request to booking@hectormexican.no, plan ahead, and get ready to celebrate the big day, Héctor-style.

Every Wednesday, from 16:00 to 22:00, indulge in our special birria menu featuring mouthwatering dishes like birria tacos, birria ramen, birria burgers, and birria dirty nachos. For takeaway lovers, don’t miss our exclusive Birria Burrito, available only on this day. Bring your friends, eat with your hands, and don’t forget to book a table!
Taco Tuesday

Every Tuesday from September to May, between 16.30–20.30, we take things to the next level with the most epic taco buffet in Trondheim. Think endless tacos, nachos, salads and chicharrones — plus juicy meats, tasty non-meats, fresh salsas, sauces and all the toppings your heart can handle.
And yes… we top it all off with our legendary chocolate fountain and all-you-can-eat churros.
