This summer, we’re looking for legends to join the crew and help us deliver full-on Food & Fiesta vibes every single day.
As part of the Héctor Summer Crew, you’ll be right in the action — serving guests, creating energy on the floor, and making sure every visit feels like a mini fiesta.
In this role, you will:
Bring great vibes and energy to every shift
Deliver solid, friendly service (with a bit of personality)
Work closely with the team to keep the flow smooth
Learn, grow, and get better every shift
Help create unforgettable guest experiences
We’re looking for someone who:
Is positive, reliable, and not afraid of a busy shift
Enjoys working with people and being part of a team
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Has some experience (a plus, not a must — attitude > everything)
Whether you’ve worked in hospitality before or just know how to bring the vibe — we want to hear from you.

We have two main seasons:
PEAK: April - September
OFF-PEAK: October - March
This means that the majority of our recruitment is done from January - March and our new recruits are made up of a variety of different types of people, in different roles and for different types of contracts.
