As the right hand to our Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in guiding the crew, supporting service, and ensuring that the Héctor vibe is felt throughout every shift.
In this role, you will:
Assist in leading and motivating the team during service
Maintain structure and flow on the floor
Support training and development of new staff
Contribute to high service standards and guest satisfaction
Take responsibility for opening, closing, and shift routines when assigned

We have two main seasons:
PEAK: April - September
OFF-PEAK: October - March
This means that the majority of our recruitment is done from January - March and our new recruits are made up of a variety of different types of people, in different roles and for different types of contracts.
